Earlier — market launch, field ops, GM & founder
A decade of putting physical products into the real world and building the operations to scale them — micromobility fleets across Europe and the US, a self-service kiosk startup, and international expansion for an agency.
Before the software, the through-line was already there: take something into the field, make it work for real people, and build the repeatable operation that turns a pilot into a network. Most of it was physical hardware deployed at scale — scooters, e-bikes, and kiosks — not slideware.
TIER Mobility — Senior International Expansion Manager
Oct 2019 – Jan 2023
Launched and grew European micromobility markets — Italy, Sweden, Ireland, and the UK — each a full field deployment: local logistics, permits and access, partners, media, and on-the-ground teams. Led the on-site due-diligence team for the US acquisition of Spin (largest global market access). Managed country budgets, launch plans, and placements, coordinating with heads-of-department on a data-driven cadence.
Lime — General Manager, Georgia
Aug 2018 – May 2019
Built the largest micromobility market on the US East Coast from the ground up in under a year — a 150-vehicle pilot scaled into a one-million-trip market generating ~$400k/month. Recruited and ran a 50+ person team across multiple cities, and wrote the SOPs and training tools that let the operation scale without me in the room. Deployment management end to end: readiness, logistics, field ops, escalation, and the playbook that turns the first launch into the hundredth.
The ABM Agency — Director of International Expansion
Jan 2023 – Jan 2024
Led international growth for an award-winning advertising agency. Managed cross-functional ad-ops / creative / dev teams, developed strategic ICP and growth programs, and owned the relationship with the agency's largest client.
Frenik Marketing Group — Senior Digital Project Manager
Aug 2017 – Aug 2018
Owned the creative-to-dev project lifecycle for website and app builds and drove client-acquisition growth — $200k in personalised propositions acquired in six months. Represented the group in the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.
Ecolab — Route Sales Manager
Jan 2016 – Jul 2017
Ran a territory of accounts across senior-living communities and healthcare facilities — selling and servicing Ecolab's hygiene, sanitation, and safety programs on-site, working hands-on with facility equipment and staff, and building the trust of the administrators and care teams who run them.
Frobot — Co-Founder
Feb 2012 – Jan 2015
Co-founded a self-service frozen-yogurt kiosk startup — hardware deployed into the field, with all the messy realities that implies. Owned market-entry strategy and corporate marketing, pitched and secured seed funding from Washington-DC-based VCs, and hired and managed the teams that built the app behind the kiosks.
