I build AI-driven systems and deploy them at real-world scale.
Engineer and operator. I build full-stack platforms, train AI on my own hardware, and run self-hosted systems that keep the data in the building. Before software, I spent a decade launching and scaling operations across the US and EU.
I spent a decade putting products into the real world: micromobility across Europe, and a 150-vehicle pilot in Atlanta that grew into the East Coast's largest market. Now I build the software those operations run on.

What I do
Systems that hold up in production.
Full-stack platforms
Web, API, data, mobile. I design, build, and run them end to end.
Locally trained AI
I fine-tune and distill models on my own GPU, then serve them on hardware I own.
Data-sovereign by default
The AI runs self-hosted. Reaching for a cloud model is a deliberate, per-task choice.
Flagship · tailharbor.eu
A 40-country adoption platform, built and run solo.
Full-stack web, native iOS and Android apps, and a scraper network that mostly keeps itself running. The translation runs on models I trained myself.

The other half
"I'd rather build the small in-house tool than buy the bloated SaaS."
Before software, I spent a decade launching markets and running field operations: international expansion at TIER Mobility, GM for Lime in Georgia, marketing leadership at Bagjump. That operator's instinct still runs through everything I build.

Let's build something that works.
I'm open to platform-engineering and deployment roles across the EU, and to consulting through Software Is Nothing.
